Nature of the Resource

This is a private reference site with no authority over a government record or person in custody. We do not store official jail, release, court, or supervision records. We cannot confirm a custody status, release a person, post bond, or file a records request or court document for a visitor.

The site points readers toward Orange County and Florida inmate-record resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools. A link or summary does not turn an outside source into our service.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming others or the service. You must not:

• Violate any local, Florida, federal, or other applicable law.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate a person.
• Base employment, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision on site content.
• Attempt to enter an account, server, or system without authorization.
• Operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools against the site.

No Consumer Reports

Orange County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not provide background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners on our behalf. You agree not to use information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Housing, lease, or tenant screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision governed by the FCRA.

Outside Websites and Services

Links may lead to Orange County Corrections, FDC, courts, federal locators, legal-aid information, or independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for an outside site's content, accuracy, data handling, terms, security, or availability. Review the destination's own policies before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its features are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty about:

• The accuracy, completeness, or current state of content.

Ownership of Site Materials

Site text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Orange County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from protected materials without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised terms.

Suspension or Termination

We may limit, suspend, or block access to any part of the site at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This right does not limit any other remedy available under these terms or law.

Florida Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
